Baby-Dil (Potato Balls / Hash Browns the Malay Style for Baby)

Ingredients:
  1. One large potato (boiled/steamed & mashed)
  2. One piece of chicken (boiled/steamed & shredded)
  3. Parsley / Daun Sup
  4. Italian/Mixed herbs
  5. Red onions (sliced into small pieces and sauteed til crunchy yellow-ish)
  6. Egg white
  7. Butter/Olive oil



Steps:
  1. Mix ingredients 1 to 6 in a bowl altogether.
  2. Shape the dough into small round shape.
  3. Roll in egg white.
  4. Fry with butter/olive oil.

Tips: Wait until the first side to be well cooked and turning into golden brown before flipping to avoid the potato balls from breaking.

**Suitable for 8 months and above.
