Who doesn't like creamy carbonara? Definitely one of my favourite and lil one too!
Ingredients:
- Baby pasta (boil until cooked).
- Chicken (shredded/sliced into small pieces)
- Mushroom (cut into small pieces)
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Mixed / Italian herbs
- Cream cheese (30g- 50g depends on how creamy you want the Carbonara to be)
- Milk (1/2 cup)
- Bega cheese extra tasty (just a tiny slice)
Easy-peasy steps:
- Saute garlic with cream cheese
- Once cream cheese is melted, put in chicken and mushroom
- Pour in the baby pasta
- Next pour in milk, mixed/italian herbs, parsley and a slice of bega cheese extra tasty
- Cook until the desired consistency is achieved

used this as for the low level of sodium as compared to most cheese out
there. Never give your baby processed cheese which contains very high
level of sodium. |

And as for cream cheese, I used this one. It's safe for babies ;) |
