Baby-Dil (Potato Balls / Hash Browns the Malay Style for Baby)
Ingredients:
- One large potato (boiled/steamed & mashed)
- One piece of chicken (boiled/steamed & shredded)
- Parsley / Daun Sup
- Italian/Mixed herbs
- Red onions (sliced into small pieces and sauteed til crunchy yellow-ish)
- Egg white
- Butter/Olive oil

Steps:
- Mix ingredients 1 to 6 in a bowl altogether.
- Shape the dough into small round shape.
- Roll in egg white.
- Fry with butter/olive oil.
Tips: Wait until the first side to be well cooked and turning into golden brown before flipping to avoid the potato balls from breaking.
**Suitable for 8 months and above.
